How long for shipping?????

Hi, I ordered a temperature probe thru my LFS over two weeks ago and it has yet to arrive there. He even sent me the tracking from canadapost and it shows a November activity date and only has this info -

"Shipping details electronically submitted"

Help please? Thanks.

The reference number you got, knowing canadapost, would not be a trackign number but a reference to prove the item has been dispatched.

I am not surprised you have not received it yet, it is Christmas and things take a long time to get from canada to the USA.

OK thanks. I'll just wait. There isn't a US facility? This was ordered towards the end of November. I got my protein skimmer and my chiller special ordered from Germany quicker.

No prob, sorry. However, I do think it might be beneficial for folks to know that delivery to the US may be much longer than expected ... and potentially cause headaches or worse ....

I would have liked to have known so I could have made other arrangements.

Good point - other (potential) customers are interested in supply in general.
We get more and more retailers in Canada and USA daily. I am sure we will have a huge, fast and an effective retailer network in some weeks.
