How long is observation period after adding fish into a fallow tank?

I had an ich outbreak. Took all fish out for cupramine treatment in QT and ich never came back. I left DT fallow For 75 days and yesterday i have added back one fish into DT. How long do i need to observe this fish in regards to whether it will contract ich again before i can add back other fish into DT?

If your treatment of the fish was proper and the tank was fallow for 72 days, it will not come back. How were your fish treated?

I treated fish with cupramine dose at 0.35 for 4 weeks. Followed by 6 weeks of observation and no ich has returned. So i can safely assume that it is ok to add back all my fish into DT then?

The recommended dose for Cupramine is 0.5 not 0.35 so I would have concerns. See this thread.

I was concerned that 0.5 may be too high dose. Judging the fact that no ich return after 6 weeks post cupramine treatment so i m fairly confident that they r ich free. I was only concerned that what if after 75 days fallow there r still somehow ich exists in my DT thats all.

The fallow issue is a nonissue. After 75 days, the DT is clean. However not seeing ich visibly does not mean the fish are clean.
