how long til pvc cement is reefsafe?

I repaired my overflow plumbing 6 hours ago. Can I run tank water through it yet?

yep. when i do repairs to a running system, i use the parts i glue within minutes. i have never had an issue with this, and i have worked on a lot of tanks.

i do the same.........glue and use......if possible i run tap water thru to take vapors out of pipe
