How long should we maintain the crew of hermits, snails and shrimp? Should we just let them dwindle with time, replinish or what? Once the tank is established how much of the crew should we keep? I wouldn't mind trying a Niger Trigger but if I need all my little hermits I ned to pass on the trigger for now.
