How long typically until acro polyps come out?

I was wondering how long does it typically takes for a newly added acro to extend its polyps? I just added my first SPS frag-an unknown light blueish acro this evening and its polyps came out tonight after the lights turned off-about 5 hours later. All my parameters look decent to me but I do have quite a layer of diatoms around from what I suspect is from an iron supplement I was dosing last week for a flowerpot that also had silica in it. The tank is about 6 to 7 weeks old and the variety of LPS frags in the tank are looking incredible.

temp: 77F
SG: 1.0252
alk: 8-9 dkh
Ca: 450ish
Phosphate: 0.03 ppm
Nitrate: 1.3 ppm
Turnover: about 28 times per hour

6-7 weeks old is still pretty young. I have acro's extend their polyps almost immediately after introducing them to my system but its very established.

I'd say you're in the clear if he seems happy atm!

My largest colony has such great polyp extension you can barely see its skeleton, and they're out 100% of the time day and night. That being said, it took at least two months after I acquired it before I saw a single polyp. My Oregon tort only has polyp extension at night. When the lights are on, no polyps ever
