I guess English is not your first language. There are plenty of pictures of healthy gigantea on this forum, if you can search a little, you can find them. Not healthy they just don't look like healthy and they deflates. The sicker they are the more they deflates. Then there are a lot of Gigantea that are stressed, bleached but not infected. These should improve with good care. Generally as they stressed and bleached their color gets lighter and the tentacles get shorter. If they don't deflate they should improve with good care.
