How many clowns

starting a new tank just wondering how many clowns can you have together? Does it help if you have more than one anemone? they will be n a 72g bowfront

2 or 3 of the same kind. Mostly 2 but Ive seen about 5 tanks with groups of 3(yes all clowns were mature and have been together for years).
