How many drops in a milliliter?

I've looked at a bunch of online conversions, but can't locate any info.

Generally, 1 drop is equivalent to 0.05 mL...so 20 drops.

depend on the viscosity of the liquid and the size of the dropper end. In general, there about 20 drops to one mL if the liquid is water and delivered from a medicine dropper

Just get a children medicine dropper or you can pick one up at petsmart for like $2

You can ask for a medicine syringe at just about any pharmacy which will have mL and teaspoon markings on it. Alternatively you can buy 1 mL insulin syringes without a prescription if you need less than a mL.
