Well MVrico,
I'm not bragging when I say this, but I have managed to keep 9 fish and a lot more livestock in my 24 gallon Nano Cube.
1- Common Clownfish
1- Sixline Wrasse
1- Mandarin Goby
1- Twinspot Goby
1- Raniford Goby
1- Watchman Goby w/Pistol Shrimp
1- Firefish
2- Blue Green Chromis
My tank will have been set up for 1 year, 2 weeks from now. I perform about a 5 - 10 gallon water change every week or so. I also have a list of corals and inverts.
1- Sun Coral
1- Toadstool Leather Coral
1- Fiji Yellow Umbrella Coral
1- Ricordia Mushroom Rock piece
Plus Several zoanthins and other polyps.
1- Emerald crab
1- Scarlet Cleaner Shrimp
3- Peppermint Shrimps
2- Fight Conch
7- Maragarita Snails
2- Turbo Snails
1- Sexy Anemone Shrimp
7- Nassarius Snails
5- Scarlet Hermit Crabs
2- Serpent Starfish
1- Sea Cucumber
2- Astrea Conehead Snails
5- Mexican Red-Legged Hermit Crabs
Needless to say I have over 30+ lbs of live rock and 20 lbs of live sand with plenty on water flow evenly circulated by the Wave Master Pro mechanism. Current USA's Protein Skimmer helps out a bit also. The water parameters are fine with just minor fine tuning. (Additional additives: Kalkwasser drips every other day...Iron for my two mangrove plants...Strontium, Iodine and Liquid Calcium to help the Coralline Algae growth).
My only issue at this time are those glass anemones (Aiptasia Anemone - They can't stand JoesJuice). I'm trying to rid them from my tank. It takes patience and percise planning to eliminate them all...
I would like to think of it as my tank has enough cleaners and producers...but ultimately, I have to do the job of feeding, water changes and routine maintainence to keep it all running.
Good luck with stocking your aquarium.
