I have a fish in QT as well but rather not jinx it..

In my about-170 Gallon I keep:

2 x Zebrasoma flavescens - yellow tang
2 x Z. gemmatum - gem tang
1 x Centropyge loricula - flame angel
1 x Paracentropyge multifasciata - multibarred angelfish
2 x Pygoplites diacanthus - regal angel
1 x Biochoerus cosmetus - wrasse
1 x Cirrhilabrus rosefascia - wrasse
1 x Pseudocheilinus ocellatus - mystery wrasse

2 x Liopropoma carmabi - candy basslet
2 x Acreichthys tomentosus - seagrass filefish
1 x Salarias fasciatus - Henk (THE Dutch name for them )
1 x Nemateleotris magnifica - firefish
3 x Fowleria sp. - small red fishes
11 x Apogon leptacanthus - blue eye cardinal
1 x Opistognathus aurifrons - Jack in the Box

Part of the trick isn't only to pay attention to the water quality (export by corals and skimmer, for example) but also to the fishes' behaviour: try to avoid combining fishes which occupy the same niches. In my experience, this helps a lot!

It sounds crowded, but because of the above, it's not, see the picture ;)

480gl display, 800gl total water, mainly sps:

18 fish:

1 yellow wrasse
1 mystery wrasse
1 whiptail bream
1 achilles tang
3 striped fang blennies
1 dolatus rabbit
1 joculator angel
1 moorish idol
1 thornback cowfish
2 flame hawks
2 perc clowns
1 copperband butterfly
2 candy basslets (i think)

I'm not sure how everyone has so many fish, seems like my treadmill is moving fast enough it's a struggle keeping water quality as is.
