ya thanks man my no3's have came down and are around 20-15 still trying to get em at 0, also i am planning on doing a water change 2 day, any advise on the best way to do so?

Use your imagination; I hope you know how to use a siphon, dipping buckets would be a big mess. Do you have salt water ready (SG, Temp, others) to put back in? How much? Take that much out and put the new stuff in.

What have you been doing for the last 4 years? It’s kind of worked so far so keep it up. Again, do more reading. We don’t know what your tank looks like or the layout of where you live and we can’t walk you though it face to face.
