how many for a school?

I always heard its best to keep in odd numbers. Not sure if thats just a myth.

If its going in your 150g and you have room... I'd do 5

I don't think even or odd makes a difference. Chromis often seem to kill each other over time, though, so I wouldn't try a school, personally.

yea I tried 3 in my 120 and ended up with 1 and my buddy did the same in his 125 and I think hes down to 2.. but I have heard the odd numbers thing to so who knows..

Had 4 that lived happily together for 18 months. One was then isolated, bullied, and starved. Added 2 so had 5. Then 4, then 3, now 2 - all to the same modus operandi... Isolate, Bully, Starve.

I'll never add Chromis to my tanks again - you may be lucky for a few months, or for a few years, but eventually they pick eachother off and it's painful to witness because there is nothing you can do about it. The isolated fish seems to lose the will to live. Horrible.
