how many gph?

how many gph in a 117 gallon cube tank? is there a calculater somewhere to tell you? and if my flow is to high itll push my sand - im guess 800 gph is good, what do you guys think?

Depends on what you are keeping. In general SPS/shallow water corals appreciate more movement-- deeper water/LPS corals and mushrooms tend to like gentle currents. Keep in mind that your return pump doesn't need to supply all your flow. It's easier, and in many cases better, to use powerheads in the display to generate more or less current where you want it.
