How many mp40's

I 'm in the process of setting up a 123 gallon dominantly sps tank with a few softies.

Dimensions are 72L x 25T x 18 D with a center overflow box. I need to know if 1 mp40 will be enough of will I need 2? Please explain. Thankssss....

Gvidal - I'm in the process of setting up a 72l x 42w x 16h tank and Tim told me since my tank was wide I would do better with 2 vortechs on each side. I'm guessing 2 would be perfect for you.

I would go for two pumps, one on each of the short sides of the tank. I recommend at least two pumps for any 72" long tank.

I picked up my 2 mp40's and they are freaking bad@$$. I love em so far. great choice for me...
