How many times to feed

Everywhere I read online it say to feed 3 times a day, then I hear stores tell me once a day or once every other day. How often do you feed your fishes? I have flame angle, blue tang, percs, and a few other small gobies.....

I feed twice a day, about 2 hours apart. I hear that may be too often, though.

Some days get two, others one. Always a mix. If I do meaty foods, the next time I'll do some veggie lover's delight or vise-versa.

Depends on what fish you have. For all the basic fish once a day works fine. remember that artificial foods that we feed are packed higher in nutrition than what they would eat tons of in the wild to get. plus the once a day keeps bio-load down.

So 3 times a day is toooooo much for fish? Then why does SWF.com and other online stores say 3 times daily? Every time I feed all my fish act like they are starving. lol. no matter how often I feed, I was just thinking of cutting back to decrease the my bio load. When u say 1-2 times per day is that a whole cube of frozen each time? I
