As the title implies. How many are there?

That is likely outdated information.

It is also highly debatable if Premnas is actually deserving family status given the fact that they can interbreed with Amphiprion species.
It is also likely that the two local variants of Premnas are in fact two distinct species.

Amphiprion itself also likely contains several yet unrecognized species that currently go as local variants. The Black Darwin "ocellaris" are most definitely such a case.

Since the latest publication (the most recent I have is 1997), there have been some additions, I can think of two off-the-top:

Amphiprion barberi
A. pacificus
