How mch flow through the sump

Well, as the title says, how many GPH goes through your sump. My skimmer required a feed of about 500 GPH, the refugium needs some flow (lets say 200 gph).

The main tank will have circulation via waveboxes and other means (maybe a CL, maybe a few PH's), so the return pump is not really needed for flow.

The heaters will be in the sump, but likely not going to be on much. The sump is in a cooler basement so will be acting as a cooling unit if needed (more likely the case than heat).

The display is 700G. The refugium is 55G and the Sump will likely be about 100G (200G capacity, but only half full for backflow purposes in case of power outages)

Any help appreciated.

I have about 600 gallons total in my system all tied to a 180 gallon sump. I have 2 ampmaster 3000/4000 return pumps for all the tanks. When you take in account all the head pressure I think I am turning around 4000 gallons an hour. A little more than "average" but as long as you don't have bubbles coming back into the tanks I think it is ok.
