I have read good things about those bits. Expect them to last 5-10 holes.

These seem to cost less than 10% of the ones I've seen before.
I bought a 1 3/4" bit here about 2 years ago for <> $50.00 Look at the price now

Good luck. You may want to try drilling a piece of glass of similar thickness and type prior to drilling what I guess is a tank or sump.
My experience with tools is that you get what your paying for. Price is cheap enough to try but I would want to make test hole to see how much chip out their is.
