How much flow? 2-part question

I just bought a 120 gallon tank fom a fellow member. My question is as follows. The tank is drilled for a close loop 4 outlets and 2 inlets. I would like to put an oceansmotion on it but wondered how much flow i need and whaat a good pump would be and quiet? I have had a 55 gallon for about a year now and am intrested in some sps hopefully a mixed reef, but lots of sps. I am sure I will have plenty of other questions in the near future. im not totally sure how to advise you on the actual size of the pump you need KDC, but suggest you pop onto the filteration forum where you may well get the attention you deserve
