how much flow do i need?

i have a 60 gal tank 48L x 15W x 18H and i have 2 seio 820's on the ends.. should i keep them both on high or low? i have mushrooms, polyps, and 2 anemones: 1 rose, and 1 GBTA.

i would say high i was thinking about getting another one for my 29
