How much flow is to much???

I have a 70 gal cube that is mostly SPS dominated with one or two LPS. I have a MP40w and 2 tunze 6045. I think my flow is very nice. No dead spots lots of flow. Corals love the random flow my tank has.
What type of pumps are you using for your tank? Do you think you need more flow?

Three mp40's at 100% on my 250g. Two one one end, the third on the opposite, in anti sync mode. Yes, I want more flow.

I have a RW-15 and an RW-8 on a 75.

If I turn them up over 50% my LPS become very angry.

I have one RW20 (very close to MP60 speed) and one RW15 (close to MP40 speed) for 220g tank. I think that just enough for FOWLR.
