how much flow is too much for dwarf

is a maxi jet 400 too much flow for some dwarf ???

Yes, IMO, a MJ400 would be too much flow. Dwarfs are TINY. They stay hitched to a certain spot and wait for food to slowly swim by them. Too much current and the food moves too fast and the dwarfs get blown around.

would a HOB filter that pump 63gph in a 4.5 gal tall tank would be too much flow... i could mod it if i have to!!!
