dbig14life,
You didn't seem to read the posts closely if you're still asking the question about stress and moving fish. Or maybe you just don't want to perform the hard work of curing your fish? Of course it's stressful on the fish to move them. It is more stressful for them to suffer through a debilitating, deadly, disease.
You're asking something like, "Should I move my grandma to the hospital for pneumonia treatment or let her rest quietly in bed and see if she survives?" Your grandma's move to the hospital will be stressful, but is her ultimate comfort, longer life, and reduced stress of the disease not the real goal?
Catching fish can be accomplished many different ways. Here are some suggestions in this thread:

There is no guarantee kill time using hyposalinity. Much can go wrong. It takes the proper equipment, close attention, and diligent work to perform the hyposalinity treatment properly and successfully. It takes a considerable amount of care.
You asked for any reply. I think my best suggestion would be to stop putting fish in your tank and maybe stick to a fishless reef tank. By asking the same question in a different way, it sounds as if you don't want to do the work even after being told that is the right thing to do. So I don't imagine you'd want to do the hard job of hospitalizing and treating your fish with known cures. Just a thought. . .
