How much light does a ric yuma need?

Just a Noob question here as i'm about to purchase a few yuma's and the last thing i want is for them to die away. How much watts of power is needed? Say 150watt Metal halides. I Currently got a tempory 80watts of Power compacts.

IME they dont need a bunch of light, it actually killed mine i belive.

Yumas like a lot of light... blue light, of course. Proper acclimation is the key.

yumas like very little light. every yuma I have put up high has shriveled up.

Every yuma is different. Some can handle medium light wile some deepwater kinds need very low light. Its easy to tell what the yuma wants. If it shrivels up or folds over or shrinks the light is to much. If it is really stretching up to the light u need more.
