how much light & flow for sun corals?

I just bought a sun coral and I am trying to find a good spot to stick him. From what I read they like shaded spots and low flow.

Any insight?

They dont need any light at all due to them being non photosensitive but they need to be fed everyday and every polyp needs to get food. As far as flow mine are always fine at the bottom of the tank with low flow

I use a mixture of mysis and cyclopeeze. Some use turkey basters, I use a medicine dropper. It is whatever is easier for you. But yes, they do have to be fed frequently.(each indivdual polyp)

Would a cut-in-half 2-liter bottle over the whole thing and create a food storm in the bottle work? I'm actually kind of interested in one of these.
