How much phytoplankton?

I have started filling my 80L tank with soft corals after 2 months of cycling process.

Actually I have added one rock with corals of one type three weeks ago to see how it goes ;) I don't know the name though and didn't manage to find them on net. They look prety simple red-brownish (polyp) type. Small with long tenticles. Palm tree kind of shape.
Anyway the get up in the morning and they go back to sleep ususally after light goes off.
Now I have bought similar kind only green one.
Half of them have come out of a polyp next day. I am hoping the rest will follow in next few days.

The question here is do I need to feed them?
I have bought phytoplankton and started growing my own. Since i don't trust my local ahop instructions who told me just pour in two three cups every other day I would like to know more specificly how much to feed.
I am also adding one dose of VitAmino once per week.

Its a new aquarium with only one blenny, two hermits and ywo snails. 70% covered with LR.

I wouldnt bother dosing the tank- not for the corals' sake at any rate. Phytoplankton is not a great food source for the majority of corals; best for filter feeders like clams and some tube worms. It is beneficial for some varieties of pods if I remember correctly, but it is generally misused in the hobby.

If you do wind up adding phyto, I think 3c every other day would be excessive unless your stock is very dilute. If youve got something the consistancy of DTs Phyto for example, Ild suggest no more than a couple tablespoons every few days for that size tank.
