How much rock for 53 gallon cube biotope tank (sea of Cortez themed) for one blue spot jawfish and no other fish

Need help on what to add as well dimensions of my cube tank are 23x23 trying to recreate their natural habitat in my tank
 
depends on what you want... i have almost 2 lbs /gal in my tank. you don't need that much though, i would say 25+ would be good as long as there are lots of wholes in it.

I guess it depends on what you classify as low rockwork. However, I agree with @st0ned0g likely around 25 pounds would be sufficient.
Yes, how tall is the aquarium and how high up will the low rockwork go? If ordering maricultured/aquacultured live rock, I'd get more that 25 lbs as you will be able to pick and choose pieces to achieve the look you're going for. But, agree 25 lbs will likely be plenty.
