How much water flow?

I have a 12G and I am thinking about switching my maxijet900 for a maxijet600 because the 900 seems to always be blowing sand on my rocks and what not. Anyways, I was curious if the 600 would be able to make a strong enough water flow for zooanthids? If not, I guess I'll have to try a hydor flo on the 900 or something? :(
Thanks,
-Simon

I've got a 900 in my 12g, and it just took me a while to tweak it around so that it wasn't digging holes in my sand.

I have one and did the same

Once the sand is blown you dont have to worry about it anymore!
I am a big fan of flow and i would try to stick with as much as you can get in there. Flow is as important as light IMO.

I have the MJ900 in my NC12g with the hydor-flo and it works great but I had detritus settling so I added a catilina-aqua30 in the back.

Zoas look great and don't seem to be bothered by it.

Lol, okay...thanks for the input, but I was just wondering if the 600 will be too weak of a flow to keep zoanthids?
Thanks,
-Simon
