How often and what do you feed your tank?

I am making an effort this time do try to do things as best as I can. I want to know what everyone puts into their tank and why. Right now I am only feeding mysid shrimp once a day for my 2 clown fish, sailfin tang, blue spot goby, arrow crab, and snails. I also feed Nori once a day. I am thinking about starting a rotifer culture to feed the coral(?). I want to know what you all put into your tank and why. Hopefully this helps everyone.

Once a day feeding of pellets. I do small pinches at a time until my fish start to lose interest. Its been working for years. I have great color in my fish, all are healthy and havent ever had a problem with ammonia or nitrates.

Currently im only running my 55. Trying to save some money to get an led fixture and then do coral.

Ive only got a vlamingi tang, a cinamon clown, a blue tang, an orbiculate and pajama cardinal, and one green chromis lol. My coral banded shrimp did a number on the school of chromis i had and the firefish. I also have some hermits to pick up any uneaten food.

I feed pe mysis, nutramar ova(fish eggs) and cyclopeeze, all frozen. I also fortify it with selcon, and a bright well aquatics vitamin enricher. Sometimes I feed nls pellets. I feed atleast 2 times daily.

Every day i feed New Life Spectrum Pellets few random times a day. Cyclopeeze at least once every 3/4 days. I also use PE mysis with selcon as a booster additive and nori red green and brown few times a week. For corals ive used Reef Nutrition Oyster Coral Frenzy and Marine Snow. Ive been experimenting between the 3 for a few months and i seem to get the most positive response from Coral frenzy (for sps corals). Im a big tang lover so i feed these fish to keep them fat plus i heavily overskim to keep the high nutrients im pumping in out of the water.
