How to Acclimate properly

Could someone please explain how to drip acclimate a shrimp in detail

From what I understand I pour the animal into a bucket, then put the bucket on it's side a bit so that the water is a little deeper. Then I have to start a siphon out of my tank, put a knot in the air hose, then change 25 percent of the water every 15 minutes for an hour?

Sounds like that's it. I don't know about changing the water every 15 min. The dripping should be doing that for you but I could be wrong. This is the site I found today for acclimating my coral, but it has info on other inverts too.

I have the speciman containers that they use in the stores. I just put it in there and slowly put water in it till I think it's enough. Usually a turkey baster full. I rarely acclimat over 30 minutes. Never killed anything either.
