how to catch a bully in the act

Ive got a fish that I'm pretty sure has been harassing a few other fish in my tank. However I have never seen him be aggressive. When would be the best time for me to catch him in the act?

when your not looking

try sitting across the room and be very still, you will see the bully doing what he normally wont in front of you.

Ive tried that, but i get nothing out of him. I keep coming home to fish with nipped fins though

Pink tail trigger, his main victim is my harlequin tusk

wow, I would have thought that would be the other way around, try removing the trigger to a QT tank and see if the problem continues

If not a bully,, possibly some type of bacterial infection looming....try doing a couple water changes..
