how to catch a shrimp

Do anyone have a method onhow to catch a coral banded shrimp?? Other than just grab it.

Maybe a wide-mouth plastic jar with holes so it sinks with a shrimp(not live) tied to the back of it. and a string tied to the front of it (to pull it up quick). When the shrimp goes in to get the bait, pull the works up quickly & hopefully you've scored. Might work..good luck.
