How to catch fish?

I have a blue tang and flame angel I need to get into quarantine. Is there trick people have been successful with?

If you search the RC Forums, you'll find a thread here and there on tricks of catching fish.

If you're moving all your display fish into a hospital tank or just need to remove them all, consider removing much of the LR and inverts; removing about 2/3 of the water; then catch the fishes.
