Hi ok This is what i bought

1. 2 xf250 no controller
2. 1 power supply
3. 2 icecap mods to hook up To apex
4. 2 icecap battery backups

Now I'm stumped to how to use 1 power supply and hook both of them up.

Any help would be great

There is alot of unanswered questions here. Is the power supply you have for a XF250? If so then it will not be sufficient to power both pumps. If its some other type is it the correct voltage? 12 , 24, ect, AC, DC? Is the power supply rated high enough wattage to handle the load of two XF250's Too many varribles IMO to give an accurate reply.

Yep it's the power supply for the 250

You can buy them...

So then why can you use 1 power supply with there controller and run 2 xf250s as per the document.

Well I'm wrong.

I talked to maxspec and I need 2 power bricks when connecting to the icecap. This is due to the fact the controller has some power thingy that allows you to connect 2 with one power brick.
