how to detach an anemone

hello, i have a condy anemone in a 20 gallon with 65 watts of light. he's moved under a rock and now he stays shrivled. he's been there for about a month and i was wondering if there was anyway i could move him w/o herting him because he's attached to the rock.

You dont.


You could move the rock to a bad spot, and itll move itsef probably. If it doesnt come off with a gentla tug, then leave it on, its attached itself, and pulling it off could cause damage.(probably would cause damage)

They move all the time when they are unhappy thouugh. So move his rock to the corner, and see if he move himself.
