How to dissolve Interceptor better?

I am gonna nuke a frag tank with Interceptor. I have done the treatment before and dissolving it in seawater doesn't work so well.
I have seen DMSO (dimethyl sulfoxide) mentioned but this seems like it wouldn't be good for the livestock.

What about a small amount of ethanol? Anything else?

When I had to treat my tank I took half a pill and put it in a blender with a couple of cups of water and let it blend for a couple of min.

i crushed it into fine powder and mixed it with some RO in a cup and dumped it into my sump

i got a mortar and pestle and ground it up then put it in about 200ml of water, then dumped it in. easy as pie.
