How to do add sump to Aquapod 24

I am going to buy an AquaPod 24 soon and would like to add a sump in the stand for various reasons - is there any way to drill it for an overflow or is it hopeless?? Thanks.

Kind of a pain because of all the chambers....why not just buy an acrylic tank the same size and drill it on the back for over flow then plumb it to the sump. Just my opinion but from the looks of my aquapod it wouldn't be any fun to do that.

These all in one tanks are designed to be run without a sump and most can be maintained easily without one.

I have a 24 gallon Nano Cube and keep 5 fish and have the thing packed with corals. Zero algae problems as long as I do 5 gallon water changes weekly (Which takes all of 20 minutes).

Ever had an all in one before or is this your first?
Most people who have had bigger systems with sumps and skimmers, etc.... cannot fathom a tank can flourish without these but it's possible.

If you were doing SPS it might be a good idea to have the extra water volume but you can't do SPS with the stock lighting.

Just my 2 cents....

If you want to see pictures of my setup check out the "Little Red House", it takes you to my photobucket page.

Wow, your 24 is absolutely amazing! What are you using for filtration?

I've got an AP 24 and am just running Live Rock Rubble, 1 Sponge, some ChemiPure, and Filter Floss. I've got 4 fish and a few corals in mine and was wondering if I was overstocked, but compared to yours mine looks barren! Hehe.

I've actually been doing 4 gallon water changes weekly. Should I up it to 5? I've been up about a month and a half and water parameters are:

PH 8.2
Ammonia 0
Nitrites 0
Nitrates 0
Phosphate .1
SG 1.026
