How do you dose 2nd round of prazipro? should the 2nd dose start right after the 1st does end (5 days)?

Do a water change then dose as directed. You can wait 5-7 days after the initial dose. If the fish do have flukes and they handled the Prazi well then I would wait the 5 days.

yes, the reason relates to the life cycle of the fluke. PP will not kill the eggs; so the first round only kills all the adults, then the 2nd round will kill the hatchlings. You need to give the eggs time to hatch, hence the 5-7 days. Adults won't lay eggs again for another few weeks, so there is no risk of a 2nd round of eggs being laid.
