how to eradicate Uronema from corals and Live Rock

I am ready to take on this parasite head on. Tell me how to eradicate it from my corals and live rock. Will a freshwater dip along with a 1.035 Salinity dip take care of it or do I need to use muratic acid baths or what. I am F'ing tired of stupid diseases making this hobby unpleasant.

As the title says tell me how to eradicate these POS.
