how to free fish from ick

I cannot quarantine as they are in my 180 reef with 200 lbs of rock, the only fish that seem affected are my emporer angel and 1 of my 2 copperbanded butterlys, the other fish seem unaffected.

I have been using kick-Ich to treat my tank and feeing my fish with a garlic additive. My ich cleared up nicely. I have heard good and bad about kick-ich but it worked for me. It is reef safe. I have clams, corals and shrimp.,

I have used kick-ich with success, but my neighbor has been treating with it and has had no success. I have also heard good things about a product called No Ich. It is reef safe as well.
