How to get an anemone off a Rock?

I have an Anemone on my rock. And I'm wondering how I can safely get it off the rock with out disturbing or killing the Anemone.. Any suggestions on how to do this? Thanks

You might try pointing a power head at the base of the anemone to try and get it to move. I've never really heard a good solution to this problem though.

Try a turkey baster. It has worked for me in the past.
