how to get blues to punch?

I seam to struggle to get blue coloured acros to colour up nicely. I have a blue humilis and a blue stag. any one out there that can help?

I will be following this also. I can grow every color well but blue. They still grow well, but they don't color up properly.

funny am in the exact oposite of the spectrum I dont have any issue with blue but seems to be a bit changed with the other color specially green.

I run 2x 250w, 14500k, aquaconnect bulbs, in large, lumin arc 3 reflectors.my tank dimensions are 52x30x26 [lxwxh].

Parameters are:- PO4=0.0015 [ d&d high precision ]
NO3=0.5 [ red sea test kit ]
Alk = 8.1 [ salifert ]
calcium = 420 [ salifert ]
mag = 1290 [ salifret ]
p not measuread.
system is 2yrs old. all parameters are stable, i do not dose anything other than the balling lite too maintain levels.
