How to get fish to eat while in hyposalinity treatment for Marine Ick

I have a purple tile goby, watchman goby, purple dartfish, and a few chromis in two quarantine tanks (29gal and 20gal )undergoing hyposalinity treatment for Cryptocarayan Irritans (Ick). They are not eating despite offering a variety of frozen foods including: marine cuisine, squid, mysis shrimp, enriched brine, PE mysis, krill, cyclop-eeze. I've also tried soaking the food in garlic, Zoe, Zoecon and offering it to them but it seems to have little effect.

Fish do not show overt signs of white spots now, but I have observed dartfish flashing or glancing against PVC in the tank. Purple tile goby had white spots at one time but are not visible now. Other than PVC, no sand or rock in the tanks. I'm using a Whisper 20 hang on filter with carbon in each tank since no meds are being used. The tanks were only cycled for about 2 weeks prior to moving fish into QT. I used 50% water from the display tanks and a sponge that had been in the display sump for a week for denitrifying bacteria.

Water parameters now are:

salinity 1.009
pH: 8.2
alk: 8 dKH
ammonia: 1.0
nitrite: .1
temp: 80 deg F

I do a 35-40% water change daily.

Any ideas on how to get them to eat
