how to hang MH light without canopy

I wonder if you have an idea how to "hang" metal halide light over the aquarium without a canopy. preferably not from the ceiling.
is there an arch of sort that can go across the width of the tank that will hold the light?

pleae advise.

You can diy something. Ive done several different setups using conduit and aluminum angle. There are a bunch of pictures out there of similar.

I've also seen a lot of people use 1" PVC to hang lights from. Just another option.

8020 aluminum extrusions look pretty decent as a framing option since you can get them in black anodize. Is this a rimless tank?

Personally I would paint them black, drill a hole for the cables & use only 1 bar lengthwise & hang the MH from there.
There are more pictures out there, you have to search for them.
