depends on the lfs i think, we have one that will do anything to help costomers but cant keep corals to save their life,,we have one that is expert coral keepers but get TOP dollar,,,and we have one that just totaly sucks in all aspects ,,,i try to give the guy that is all about the costomers all my business

every one that works for a living sells something to make money >> same with all of us ..and writting off of dead animals doesnt put tax right offs on the books ,, it just lowers profit margins .. on what gets bought and sold.. I would say support the stores that treat you right and for a fair price .. and if you are able ..help them learn to do a beter job ,, i know i listen when people give me advice!
