How to hookup a Y-Adapter

I just purchased a Y-adapter (7092.34) from Marine Depot so I could simultaneously run two 6000 streams from a single controller but, there are no directions in the box on how to hook this all up. Can you help?

There are two inputs and four outputs. You will only use one side. So you will plug the single controller to one of the inputs at the front and plug your pumps to the two outputs on the same side.
