Yup basically your normal reef lighting , how you always have it. Some folks that post pics ( for any reason ) post pics blasted by just Attinics, this super emposes the colors of the polyp. It's nice at times but doesn't really give you the real look of that poylp if in natural light ( white light with some attinics )
