How to make a RBTA happy and grow?

I got my first BTA today. It's rose and beautiful, although small, just 2-3 inches at most. Right now it's still scrunched up. I'm hoping it will open and be happy soon.

So, here are my questions... What do I need to be feeding it? Also, what can I do to encourage it to grow quickly and to split?

You cannot "make" an anemone grown and split, or at least split.

It needs to be very happy in your tank and very healthy. I would start target feeding it and making sure you keep all your parameters in check.

Making sure everything is happy and well fed in a tank is the best way to get the best results.
