sure you could do a closed loop system. you can do just about anything with a spray bar. you could put one on the output of a power head if you wanted to.
Well, after nearly one full month, I finally began filling my prop tanks with water. Actually, I filled the sump with water first, then turned on the main pump and let that fill the tank.electric130 said:true. try it and let me know how it works. would be good info to know.
i got everything at Lowes. that's all stated in the first paragraph of the first page. i try to avoid HD. i don't like them as much as lowes. i think all the orange colors get on my nerves.:lol:emredp said:Where did you get the Silflex ? Home Depot ????
we don't have ACE down here, but we did in Ohio. they never had half the stuff that Lowes did and if they did, they were more expensive. but let's stick to the topic at hand. spraybars, not suppliers.Spider_Whistle said:esmith, Lowes and the depot are crap... in my experience. For all my DIY projects, I have found almost everything at Ace Hardware. It's pretty amazing, they're a quarter the size of the other places, yet they have everything hehe. If you don't have Ace around there, pay no attention to me![]()
it's in the irrigation section. it's sold in 5 foot sections or huge rolls. just ask an associate in plumbing for help. i'm pretty sure it's actually called "Sil-o-Flex"esmith said:Does anyone know where to get that silflex pipe that electric130 used?

nope. just had to make the holes bigger once to let the stomatellas fit through them. after that, no problems.esmith said:Have you ever had to clean out the bar?
