HOW TO - Manually Install Doser 2 Firmware driver

I see on the forum and get lots of requests on how to manually install the firmware USBVCOM driver which is required when doing updates. Windows 8 especially does not install this automatically.

Here is a step by step for Windows 8.1 (the basics should apply to most windows OS's) I did this morning for everyone.
